WHO WE ARE
Who are the people of Immanuel Lutheran School?
Immanuel Lutheran School serves families within Immanuel Lutheran
Church as well as non-member families within the Marshfield community.
Our school has a variety of ethnic and social backgrounds and
diversity is acknowledged as a gift from God. The families of our
school are united in their faith in Jesus Christ and strive to share
His Gospel within our school and beyond.
What We Believe
We believe that Jesus Christ, God's Son, died and rose again to save
us from our sin. He has redeemed us and bridged the separation that
existed between God and man because of sin. Through the death and
resurrection of Jesus Christ, we have total and free forgiveness of
our sins and the assurance of eternal life with him in heaven. For
God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son that
whoever believes in Him should not perish but have eternal life.
John 3:16
Purpose Statement
God has given to every parent the most important responsibility of
"training up a child in the way he should go..." Proverbs 22:5.
It is entirely appropriate for parents to turn to their church to
assist them in this important task.
Our purpose is to create an educational environment for children based
on a daily study of God's Word that will nurture faith and enable
our students to develop into joyful, active Christians who demonstrate
their faith by their love for the Lord and others and live lives of
service for Him.
In our school, we believe that teaching is most effective when it is
directed to the whole child in an attempt to develop the full
potential that God intends for every child. We strive to teach
children from the spiritual, physical, intellectual, social,
emotional, and aesthetic dimensions.
Vision Statement
Our shared vision for Immanuel Lutheran School is families, staff,
and congregation working together as a team to provide excellence in
Christ-centered education within a safe and nurturing environment-thus
providing our students both spiritually and academically to serve God
in their community and world.
Feel free to contact us with
