CHILD CARE CENTER
The Immanuel Lutheran Church and School Child Care Center operates three Programs:
- All Year Child Care for children ages: 3 - 5 years
- School After Care for children ages: 6 - 12 years
- Summer Care for children ages: 6 - 12 years
Philosophy:
- Provide child care in a loving Christian environment
- Have each child's emotional, spiritual, physical and educational
needs met by caring and early childhood certified Christian providers
- Expose each child to a wide variety of spiritual, cognitive,
emotional, physical and social experiences
- Make learning interactive and fun
- Teach and reinforce skills such as sharing, cooperation,
self-confidence and respect for others
- Create a positive self-concept and meet the unique needs of every child
Curriculum:
- Each day children will have a variety of hands on, sensory
learning and play experiences from which to choose that are
developmentally appropriate and fun
- Learning centers, which change on regular basis, are theme-based,
self-directed, and interactive
- These learning centers will emphasize pre-reading and reading
skills, problem-solving, and oral and written language
- Cooperative learning and small group experiences will also be a
part of each day
Enrollment:
- Immanuel Child Care Center accepts children ages of 3 - 5 years
- Immanuel Child Care does not discriminate in its enrollment practices
on the basis of race, color, religion, or national origin
Hours of Operation:
- The Child Care Center is open each weekday from 6am to 6pm
- Hours are flexible to accommodate parents' schedules
- Children can attend both preschool and day care without having
to leave the building
Meals:
We provide with no additional cost home=cooked, hot breakfasts,
lunches, and snacks through the government's Hot Lunch Program
FEE PLANS:
New fees are established and effective June 1, 2008
CHILD CARE PROGRAM RATES (Effective June 1st, 2008)
Registration Fee: $35.00 Non-Refundable-One-time
Full-time Flat Fees*:
- First Child $110.00/Week
- Second Child $ 90.00/Week
Hourly Fees: (Per enrollment calendar)
- First Child $3.50/Hr.
- Second Child $3.00/Hr.
Drop In**: Per Hour $4.00/Hr ($10.00 Min.)
* Full-time = 50 Weeks per year at weekly rate
** Less than 24-hour advance notice given, if space is available.
AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAM RATES (Effective July 1, 2008)
Registration Fee: Annual $15.00
Hourly Fees:
- 1st Child: $3.75/Hr.
- 2nd Child: $2.25/Hr.
- 3rd Child: $1.25/Hr.
- 4th Child: $1.25/Hr.
SUMMER PROGRAM RATES (Effective May 27, 2008)
Registration Fee: Annual $15.00
Hourly Fees:
- 1st Child: $3.60/Hr.
- 2nd Child: $3.00/Hr.
- 3rd Child: $3.00/Hr.
- 4th Child: $2.75/Hr.
THE FOLLOWING FEES ARE APPLICABLE TO ALL ABOVE PROGRAMS
Late Fee: You will be charged a $3.00 late fee for every 15 minutes your child is not picked up after the scheduled closing time.
No Show Fee: $5.00 (Failing to show up on day that is scheduled)
Minimum Charges: (For families not enrolled in Immanuel Lutheran School)
-- 1st child-$5.00/Day up to $20.00/week maximum
-- 2nd Child-Regular Rates will apply over and above the minimum.
Minimum charges would not apply if the family has a child enrolled in Immanuel Lutheran School.
