CHILD CARE CENTER
Immanuel Lutheran Church and School's Child Care Center offers a variety of programs for children ages 3-5:
- All year full-time care
- Part-time care
- Drop-in care also available as space and staffing allow
Our child care center also offers a variety of school age programs for children 6-12 years of age which includes:
- Before Care for students prior to the start of the school day
- After Care for students after the school day is completed
- Care is also available on No School days, Early Release days, and Snow days as space and staffing allow
- Summer Care throughout the summer months
Philosophy:
Our child care center makes every attempt to create a learning atmosphere that will be more reflective of the home than of a
formal school classroom. We provide each child with a wide variety of spiritual, cognitive, emotional, physical, and social
experiences that are interactive and fun. Skills such as sharing, cooperation, self-confidence, and respect for others are
taught and reinforced throughout the day. We strive to create a positive self-concept as well as meet the unique needs of
every child enrolled within our program.
Hours of Operation:
- The child Care Center is open every weekday from 6 am to 6 pm
- Flexible scheduling is available to accommodate your family's unique needs
- Children can attend both preschool and child care without having to leave the building
Enrollment:
Immanuel Child Care Center accepts children between the ages of 3 and 5 that are completely toilet trained. Our center does
not discriminate in its enrollment practices on the basis of race, color, religion, or national origin. Please contact the
Child Care Director to arrange a tour and to discuss your family's particular needs.
Curriculum:
Each day the Child Care Center will feature a full day of developmentally appropriate and fun activities designed with the
specific age and interests of your child in mind which may include:
- Bible stories
- field trips
- hands-on projects
- cognitive games
- exercise time in our gym or on our playground
- free choice time
- music
- learning centers
Meals/Snacks:
Immanuel Lutheran Child Care Center offers hot, home-cooked meals at no additional cost to you. Our meals and snacks follow
the Hot Lunch Program guidelines so they are nutritional as well as delicious.
New fees are established and effective June 1, 2010
CHILD CARE PROGRAM RATES
(Children ades 3 through kindergarten)
Registration Fee: $35.00 Non-Refundable-One-time
Three-year-old Full-time:
Flat Fee*: $130.00/wk
Year-round**with preschool enrollment: $95.00/wk
School-year only*** with preschool enrollment: $120.00/wk
Four-year-old Full-time:
Flat Fee*: $110.00/wk
Year-round** with 4K enrollment: $75.00/wk
School-year only*** with 4K enrollment: $100.00/wk
Hourly Fees*: $3.75
*Flat fee and hourly enrollment does not receive vacation time.
**Year-round enrollment receives 10 days of vacation time.
***School-year only enrollment begins the first week of school and is complete the final week of classes. School-year enrollment also receives 10 days of vacation time.
AFTER SCHOOL AND SUMMER PROGRAM RATES
(Children kindergarten through age 12)
Registration Fee: Annual $15.00
Hourly Fees:
- 1st Child: $3.75/Hr.
- 2nd Child: $3.00/Hr.
- 3rd Child: $2.25/Hr.
- 4th Child: $1.50/Hr.
THE FOLLOWING FEES ARE APPLICABLE TO ALL ABOVE PROGRAMS
Late Fee: You will be charged a $3.00 late fee for every minute your child is not picked up after our 6:00 pm closing time.
Drop In Fee: $5.00 Per Hour ($15.00 Daily Min.) (Less than 24-hour advance notice given.)
No Show Fee: $5.00 (Failing to arrive on a scheduled day if notification is not received by 8:00 am)
